The men’s national team had a rough start today in their opening friendly match against Bosnia. Early in the game USA did look strong as Doudji put away a goal to tie it up, but as the game progressed USA became too goal hungry. Taking anxious shots instead of controlling the game with a three on two player advantage in the final third definitely cost the USA a few scoring opportunities. Donnie was able to put another away another goal, but it wasn’t enough to give USA the momentum they needed for a win. On the bight side however, this first game is only a friendly. Now that the kinks have been worked out and the USA is pumped to really get down to business. GO USA!
